Overall
products are digital only. you will receive high quality png/jpg files.designs & art are personal use only, unless commercial use is purchased. my art/designs/etc are not to be used for nfts or ai purposes AT ALL.By purchasing a product from me, you signify that you have read and agree to these terms. These terms are subject to change/revision. If you violate or break these terms at any point I have the right to revoke service, goods, and/or blacklist you.
General Terms
you will be blocked and/or blacklisted if you violate my DNI, which can be seen here
if you've set a time limit on when i can pay and you ghost me within that time limit, i will block/blacklist you
if i pay you money in exchange for an adopt and you don't give me the agreed upon files within 2 weeks (unless extensions are agreed upon), i will block/blacklist you
if you draw NSFW or suggestive art of any of my minor OCs, i will block/blacklist you.

requests for private commissions must be done before work is started
by purchasing nsfw/18+ products, you are agreeing that you are 18 or older
i will not share, mention, or use any information about you i may see in paypal and ask you to do the same. i will use the name/username you give me
commission related contact can be done via instagram, email, discord, or the commission site's dms. other options are available upon request
Creation Process
wips will be sent (with watermarks)
max 4 revisions. after the coloring stage, only coloring revisions will be accepted. after 4 revisions, fees are charged, unless there is a misunderstanding on my side
i will try to communicate as best as i can with every step. please contact me if there are any issues.

My Art Rights
all artwork will feature a subtle watermark
you may repost my art with credits. this can done by @/tagging/mentioning me or providing a link back to me
you may print out the design for personal usage
don't remove my watermark.
don't claim as yours
don't edit or tweak my art
unfinished art may not be edited or drawn over by anyone but me, @flowerstarpatch
i reserve the right to post the art i drew, for commission advertisement/portfolio/showcases. (unless a privacy/nda fee has been paid) commissions will NOT be used for profit or resale.
i retain the copyright for all of my art unless otherwise agreed upon. the rights to your oc(s) are owned by you
unless a privacy agreement has been agreed upon, i might record/stream/share the process of making the artwork. this will be shared on my social medias to promote me

Payment
as of 7/28/2024, my primary method of recieving money is through paypal.
i sell in USD and only speak English
only offer if you're serious and you know you can pay
prices are subject to change based on demand
2 payment options. #1: pay 100% upfront, or #2: 50% upfront and 50% after sketch
payment must be sent within 5 days of me accepting your request, unless we agreed upon an extension
you will receive a full refund if i can't finish your commission/something comes up on my end. do not send a paypal chargeback, i will send it back.
if you cancel before I start work, you are entitled to a full refund. if you cancel after i start work, you will not receive any money back.
if you violate these terms you are not eligible for a refund
extra characters on the same canvas will have a charge (2 characters = double price, 3 characters = triple price, etc)
complicated designs/ocs/backgrounds will have an extra charge
hard deadlines will have a 5-10% surcharge
extra fees are due at the initial payment. any revision fees are due as they happen
transaction fees or taxes are not covered in prices
Designs / Adopts TOS
Overall
generally you can do most anything you like with the designs i give/sell to you (change their gender, add lore, add nsfw [unless otherwise stated], kin, make them a furry, etc)
i don't need notice if you're reselling/trading my designs, but it's appreciated
you can redesign ocs, just keep at least 2 elements the same when redesigning it
i don't really care if you private the character, unless you do it to avoid this TOS
dollmakers, picrews, gaia online avatars, or etc can only be traded for, not sold. (they can only be sold if there is art or other value added on)
adopts are personal use only. you may only use my designs commercially when you have paid the extra monetary charge to do so
Don'ts
don't whitewash the character designs
don't thin down a fat character
don't make a disabled character abled
don't co-own my designs
do not resell for more than the character's worth
don't use my designs to promote harmful or bigoted behavior (pedo/zoo-philia, lgbtq+/homo/trans-phobia, genocide, racism, etc)
stealing my designs knowledgably is an automatic blacklist
only offer if you're serious and you know you can pay (money or art)
do not sell/trade to anyone on my blacklist
